Terms and Conditions
- This offer is contingent upon successful verification of documents, background checks, and references.
- Probation period: 90 days, during which either party may terminate employment with 7 days' written notice.
- Leave entitlement: Paid leave and public holidays in accordance with applicable Australian workplace laws and the applicable industrial instrument.
- Overtime must be pre-approved by the reporting manager and will be compensated at the rate stated above.
- Accommodation and food benefits (if provided) are available for the duration of active employment only and will cease upon resignation or termination.
- All company and client information must be kept strictly confidential during and after employment.
- Termination of employment by either party requires written notice in accordance with the applicable employment contract, industrial award or agreement, and Australian workplace laws, except in cases of serious misconduct.
- The employee must comply with all policies described in the Employee Handbook, provided separately.
